Samsung HMX-U20 Review : full HD Flip rival outed

The new Samsung HMX-U20 HD pocket video recorder is representing for camcorders at PMA this week. It’s a slim line model that makes a Flip look fat, but it still packs in a proper optical zoom for swooping in without lowering image quality.
The Samsung HMX-U20 might just replace Sanyo’s latest Xacti as preferred pocket camcorder for the skinny jeans crowd. It’ll record video in full 1080p at a smooth 30fps, and grabs 10 megapixel still shots too, and you get a HDMI port built in to lash it up to a flat screen. You’ll find a 2-inch LCD screen on the back of the Samsung HMX-U20, as well as the ability to shoot time lapse, with intervals of one, five, 10 or 30 seconds. Read more
